HitchHiker is a ride-sharing app for simple, more reliable rides for long distance traveling. There’s no need to take buses or shuttles. With HitchHiker, you just search where you need to go, request for the extra seat, and simply pay from your credit card.

Requesting your HitchHiker seat is easy—here’s how it works:
- Just open the app, go to rider mode, and tell us where youre needing to go.
- Select the date.
- Select your trip from the list of options. You’ll see the drivers picture, time since becoming a member, also past ratings and reviews. You’ll have access to instant messaging after the request for your seat has been accepted.
- Payment will be made by credit card after your request has been accepted. The driver will not be paid until the ride has been completed.
- After the ride, you have the option to rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the
HitchHiker experience.


Going somewhere? Simply post a ride- here’s how it works:
- Just open the app, go to driver mode, and tell us where you’re going. You can use specific
addresses or general cities.
- Select the date and time of departure.
- Choose how many seats are available for your trip. Select the price per seat.
- You choose who gets to ride in your car. You’ll see the riders picture, time since becoming a
member, also past ratings and reviews. Accept user requests to allow them to join your trip.
- Manage all the rides you posted on the “Manage Rides” tab. Also, message users from the
instant messaging system.
- Get paid once the trip is completed.
